My Grandmother was the most selfless person I have ever met. She lived her life serving God and her family. There isn't a single memory from my childhood that does not include her. Her and my great grandmother helped raise me. I can remember baking with them and stealing pie crust to eat, she is the reason I am such an animal advocate (we rescued my first puppy off the train tracks when I was a year old), she taught me to cook/garden/sew and so much more. She lived for us kids. Both my sister Briana and I and then for her great grandchildren, Sawyer and Hayden. She helped me teach Sawyer to read even from 1800 miles away. She was in the process of packing for CO when she passed. There isn't a single person I know that knew her and didn't love her. We will forever miss her laugh, her cooking, her card games, and her love for life. We love you Grandma.

Ruth was a good woman. She opened her home and heart to me, at a time when I needed it most in my life. There are some people that leave an indelible mark on your life, and she left that mark within me. Her love, willingness to give, to help and to be a mother was genuine. I am forever grateful to her!! May she rest in peace knowing that she contributed greatly in ways that expressed her love of GOD and her beliefs. I love you Ruth.

I am going to miss Aunt Ruthie. She was one of my favorite people in my life and I loved her with all my heart. She was one of the most caring people I've ever known and she helped make me into the person I am today. She will be greatly missed.
