Dear Peter and Karen,
What great memories we must all have of your father. His humor, his smile, and his wit were abundant. Playing golf with him was an experience. If you were not his partner, he would do his best to try and psyche you out. And playing on Thursday afternoon at 4:00 with him and two of his buddies from Wallingford Steel became one of - who could win the drink hole (the par 3 6th). If he lost, you had to keep playing until you got to another par 3. Needless to say, he hated to lose the drink holes. He certainly lived a long life of his choosing. I will always have stories to tell about our time together.
Please accept my most sincere sympathy.
