WALLINGFORD - Arne Yaghsizian went home to be with the Lord on March 10, 2012. He passed away peacefully at Yale New Haven Hospital surrounded by his wife of 29 years, Catherine, and his three loving children, Elana (26), Daniel (21), and Mariel (17), as well as his 99 year old mother, Ephronia. Born to Hagop and Ephronia in 1952, Arne was raised in the Boston Armenian Community, along with sisters Lucy and Dorothy. He met his wife on a mission trip to California and they were married in 1982. Arne had passion for his mission work in Africa, Haiti, and India, and the charity he started to help needy children, Jazz'd4Life. He also touched many lives through his business, I Can Do Services, which served the greater New Haven area for over 25 years. Arne was known throughout the community as a generous lover of Christ and a bridge-builder between church communities. His memory and work will live on through the lives he has touched over the years. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to www.jazzed4life.org .
