Dad could always tell you a great story with some silly humor and a creative narration. A very bright and intelligent man who was well read on almost every subject. He had a the ability to read something and remember it in great detail. Whenever anyone in the family had a dilemma he would usually explain the practical or even legally correct way to resolve it and he would help you see it in different light. He was good at reading people too-he knew if someone was not sincere. Opininated- but always explained or reinforced his opinion with facts. He was a good and fair debator :) You could never get off the phone with him because he loved to talk. He loved to strike up conversation in the grocery store with random strangers..Mom even once abandoned him and walked home because he talked so long to someone -she just got tired. I know that those persons he was talking to probably will remember that stranger they talked to at the grocery store.. because he had that effect on people. I realized many things from his wisdom. Our conversations stayed with me and I always learned something..of course he would say " be quiet and you'll learn something" couldnt argue with that :). Rest in Peace Dad! We will all miss your advice and loving words of wisdom.
