Al, as I knew him, was the gentle BEAR. I, as a new Supervisor in the Post Office he was a force to be reckon with. But he taught me many things to which I am very thankful for. I ran into him a couple years ago while he was chauffeuring at Bradley Int. and once again I thanked him for the knowledge that I learned from him. I, too, will miss him along with many friends still working in the Hartford P.O. My deepest sympathies to his family.

Aunt Pat, Denise, Jeff, and Evan,
I am so sorry for your loss. Uncle Al was such a character! He had his own sense of humor and way of looking at things. I will always remember him for his love of coffee and all things Yankees and Jets. Most importantly I will remember him as a loving and caring Pepe to Evan.
